The Thoughts Box application is a web-based application accessible via the following address https://thoughts-box.com. Access to the application is free and its services can be used simply by creating your personal user account.

Subscriptions

The Thoughts Box application is based on a principle of thirty-eight subscriptions divided into nine main categories, as follows :

• Food and drinks
• Movies
• Series
• Books
• Magazines
• Video games
• Events
• Sport
• Travel

Each user, following his registration, can subscribe to up to five subscriptions of his choice corresponding to his needs and/or interests. The choice of these subscriptions is reversible. Thus, your subscription is not definitive but if you have reached the limit of five subscriptions, you will not have access to other subscriptions if you do not choose to get rid of one or more of them. A paid offer is being prepared to allow a user to have no constraints on the number of subscriptions associated with their account.

Each subscription allows you to benefit from the corresponding services, including the following. You will also be able to click on "learn more..." for each of the sections, giving you access to the list of subscriptions available for each of them and to more details on the subscriptions you are interested in.

Food and drink

The Food and drink section offers access to a wide range of recipes for cooking and cocktails, each with a list of ingredients and a recipe for making it yourself. As far as recipes are concerned, you will find breakfasts, main courses or desserts. For the cocktails, you will have the choice between cocktails with or without alcohol to choose according to your desires.

Among the drinks, you will also find wine and beer suggestions. If you are subscribed to both recipes and drinks, you will be able to find a dish to match with the wine you have chosen and vice versa. So, if you have chosen your dish, you will be able to find a wine to accompany it.

If you don't want to prepare a dish yourself and prefer to find a place to go out, Thoughts Box can also help you find a place to eat or a bar. After choosing the type of place you are looking for, you will see the name, the address and the distance to ten of these places around you. You will also see these places appear on the map along with your location. The latter is estimated, when you use the web application, through your IP address.

If you are looking for a restaurant or a bar close to a place you are going to, you can also do this by using the window at the top of the page that allows you to substitute your location with the reference address you have chosen. The map will then focus on this point and will show you again the list of places of the chosen category that are close to it.

Then, you will have access to additional information about the place you have chosen to display details about, such as the cuisine served in a restaurant or its opening hours. You will also see if there are any reviews and ratings added about it. If you want to go there immediately or plan to go later, you can also view the route from your location or reference point to that establishment.

Cinema

The Cinema section is for lovers of the seventh art. Here, you will be able to access the list of movie theaters near your location or near a place of reference that you will have entered thanks to the form provided for this purpose. So, if you choose to go to the movies while you are on vacation or even at your place of residence, you will be able to access a list of ten movie theaters that are closest to your reference point or location. Then, you can learn more about the number of theaters available or their capacity, consult any reviews and ratings added and access the itinerary to get there.

If you choose to watch a movie at home instead, in this section you can also get movie suggestions among the references, among the most popular ones or among the latest releases. Choose from the many suggestions or access the database and use the search tool by entering a title to get more information.

Click on the movie you are interested in and get access to more details such as the full synopsis, the duration of the movie or go to the dedicated website. You will also be able to find out if the film is currently showing and if you are also a subscriber to this service you will be able to access the theaters directly in case you have finally decided to go see it. Finally, you will be able to order the physical media by clicking on one of the available links redirecting you to an online store.

Here, as the name suggests, you will be able to consult the series available among the references, the most popular series or the latest releases and get more information about each of them. You will be able to obtain more information about each of them, such as the author, the number of pages or the description. Then, if you are a subscriber, you will be able to access directly to a place where you can get it. If you wish, you can also click on one of the available links to order it online. Finally, consult the possible reviews and notes on the book you have chosen to help you make up your mind and validate your choice.

If you are a subscriber to this service, you will also be able to consult suggestions of video games on all platforms or classified by platform as well as search for one of them by its title. Finally, an itinerary from your position or geographical point to the place you have chosen is displayed with one click if you want to go there.

If you want to directly consult the list of upcoming events, whether it is an event scheduled for the week or for several months, you can also do so in this section. You will find exhibitions, concerts and shows among the suggestions. These suggestions will not depend on your location, but you can ask to display only the upcoming events around you or a place of reference at your convenience. For each of them, you will be able to see the name of the event, the place where it is held, its address, its position on the map in relation to yours or to the place you have entered but also the distance between these two geographical points. If you are not interested in the suggestions made, you can also search the database for a specific event or more generally for a type of event.

No Sport section without thinking about evenings with friends or family in front of a match. Thus, you will also find in this section the sports programs of the day as well as the days to come on TV. Choose your program and then access its description, the day and time of broadcasting but also the website of the channel that broadcasts it.

In this section, you will also have access to a set of sports events. Here you will have access to a list of suggested events that will take place in the coming days and weeks, regardless of where they are held. If you wish to restrict the list of events to those that will take place near your location or a geographical point of reference, you can request to display only a list of events taking place around a specific geographical point. Once you have chosen your event, you will be able to consult a more detailed description of it or to access information concerning the conditions of organization or access but also a direct link to allow you to reserve your places from now on.

If you like to see the country, the subscriptions in the Travel category are definitely ones you'll love. But not only that, here you will find many places that also include amenities. You can choose from hotels, airports, train stations, gas stations, charging stations, clothing stores and nightclubs.

These places are divided into the subcategories Transport, Accommodation and Attractions. Once you have chosen the type of place you are looking for, you will be presented with a list of ten places that are closest to your location or to the geographical reference point you have entered. For each one you will get the name, address and distance and you will be able to see more details, such as the number of rooms if it is a hotel or the available fuel for a gas station. You will also be able to see any reviews and ratings posted by other users as well as ask for the itinerary to access each of them.

But in the Travel category you will also find various offers that will allow you to plan your future trips, whether personal or professional. In this way, you will be able to consult the available flight offers from airports accessible within a defined radius around your location or the location you have chosen. Once you have selected your destination, if there are airports and flights available, you can click directly on the link to book the one that meets your needs. In this section, you will also find offers of overnight stays in hotels available around you or attractions to visit in the vicinity of your location or the geographical reference point you have chosen. In each case, you will be able to consult the last known price, access the link to book your night or ticket and finally display the itinerary to get there.

All the services presented above are available for the moment only via the web application but a mobile application is in preparation and all the services as well as your personal account will then also be accessible via this means. Unlike the web application, all location-based features will be available through the position data provided by the mobile device and no longer through the location calculated from your IP address.
