We offer our registered users access to e-mail notifications regarding updates to their customer account, the availability of new content on the site and privileged access to information about upcoming services and news. When you post a comment or an opinion on our site, the content of the comment or opinion as well as their metadata are kept indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments or reviews instead of leaving them in the moderation queue.

All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except for some information that is based on account uniqueness, such as their username. We also have access to this information so that we can review and modify it for the purposes of providing our services.

User's rights regarding their data
